SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Product Shipping Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States
ORDER PROCESSING:
Once order form has been received and processed, orders will be shipped between 2 to 5 days if items are on hand. Otherwise orders will take 2 to 4 weeks if back ordered, customized, and/or requires outside services.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:
USPS Priority Mail & Delivery will be use; expected shipping wait time should be approximately 5 to 7 working days. Confirmation and tracking will be included. By request, FedEx or UPS services can be used however the customer “will” have to cover all cost involved in shipping. If there is a need to change the ship-to address after the shipment has been mailed out to the customer, there will be an additional $10.00 ship-to change of address / correction fee. This fee is charged to us by FedEx or UPS and will be passed onto the customer for reimbursement payment.
RETURNING POLICY
RETURNS:
ALL RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: All RETURNS ITEMS IS NON-REFUNDABLE. RETURNS CAN BE USED AS CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITHIN (7) SEVEN DAYS IF IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKING AND IN SALE-ABLE CONDITION.
